Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941. He was the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When he was 13 years old, Richard moved his family out of Nebraska and moved to Casper which was where his dad worked as the head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservancy district.
