Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne has also a passion for training the next generation Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of many online pieces as well as co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
